In order to support social distancing, we will:
- Encourage payment by e-transfer or PayPass, or by credit card over the phone
- Review estimates and insurance forms by phone or video conferencing and send them via mail
- Clean and disinfect all non-disposable medical equipment used for patient care, according to manufacturers’ instructions
- Ensure that environmental cleaning and disinfection procedures are followed consistently and correctly
- Remind patients to wash their hands upon leaving the clinic
